About Us
Ikkyu Bento was started by husband and wife, Takayuki and Ashley Yoshida. After a successful year and a half of running the business in San Miguel, The Yoshida Family decided to go live in Japan for a new experience. They looked for someone who they felt a good fit to cook and continue running the business. They found Hector Guerrero, who trained closely with Takayuki for two months. Hector is now cooking full time and running Ikkyu Bento with help from his wife Elizabeth Baena.
